Your included or purchased photos may be used as you desire for personal use including printing wherever you'd like. You may also share your photos and download code with family and friends for their personal use. Lauren Alyssa Photography Chicago retains copyright and the right to utilize all photos for advertisement and other business purposes per contract. Looking to use my photos for your business? Commercial release is available upon request.

Light professional editing consistent with my portfolio and minimal retouching is included in all of my photo packages. Requests for extensive and additional retouching may be outsourced at additional cost.

Most shoots will be delivered digitally within 3-5 weeks, unless otherwise agreed upon at time of contract.

I am local to the south side of Chicago but frequently travel throughout Chicago and to the suburbs for sessions. Please refer to your contract terms. Most sessions (except minis) allow up to 2 reschedules before a reschedule fee kicks in. Cancellations will be refunded anything beyond their non-refundable retainer. No sessions may be refunded after time of completed service.

If you are dissatisfied with a print or physical product purchased through the print shop, I will contact my professional lab sourced to mitigate any issues on their terms. Prints may not be refunded or exchanged with the exception of quality control issues approved by Lauren Alyssa Photography Chicago. Shipping varies by print lab.
